Official rates
The P1, P2, P3, P4, P5 and P6 car parks are sold on the operator's official portal at a dynamic rate: the price depends on your dates and length of stay and is calculated when you search, so there is no fixed price list to consult in advance. The operator does publish the short-stay tariff used by those dropping off or picking up a passenger: 5.00 euros up to one hour, 5.00 euros for each additional half hour up to the fifth hour, and beyond the fifth hour the daily parking rate applies. At Terminal 1 you pay at automatic or staffed pay stations, at Terminal 2 at the parking meter up to the first hour.
Terminal access
At Terminal 1, P2 Executive and P2 Top Car have direct lift access to the terminal, P3 Express is 3 minutes away on foot, P1 Long Term and P4 Holiday 4 minutes. At Terminal 2, P5 Easy is 3 minutes on foot, while the four P6 areas are reached only by shuttle. If you leave the car on one side of the airport and fly from the other, the free shuttle links the two terminals. The short-stay areas for those dropping off or picking up are P9 and P10 at Terminal 1 departures, P7, P8 and the Arrivi Nord and Arrivi Sud car parks on the arrivals level, and the areas in front of the Terminal 2 building, on both the arrivals and departures sides.
Shuttle
The shuttle serving the P6 areas at Terminal 2 is free, calls at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 and runs roughly every 15 minutes by day and every 30 minutes at night, as stated by the operator. The link between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 is also served by a free shuttle, which remains the way to move between the two sides of the airport when you park on the opposite side to your flight.
Vehicle restrictions
The official parking portal states a maximum permitted height of 2.10 metres, in covered and open-air car parks alike. Besides cars and motorcycles, minibuses carrying up to nine people are admitted; for large cars the operator reserves an area in P2 Top Car. Drivers with an original disability badge park free of charge in the operator's car parks and find reserved bays in the barrier-controlled areas, though not in the P7, P8, P9 and P10 short-stay areas nor in P2 Top Car; on return the stay must be regularised at the Help Desk Pagamenti, showing the badge, the disabled person's ID and the travel document.
Booking and cancellation
An online booking is not tied to the car's number plate, and you may enter the car park up to 60 minutes before the time you booked. Entry is contactless: hold the barcode you received by email up to the column, the barrier opens and a paper ticket is issued, to be kept for the exit. A booking can be changed an unlimited number of times up to 3 hours before entry: if the new rate is higher you pay only the difference, if it is lower there is no penalty but no partial refunds are given. The right of withdrawal applies within 14 days of purchase and in any case until 23:59 on the day before use, with a refund within 14 days to the same means of payment; bookings already changed through Cambio Prenotazione and those paid entirely with a voucher or discount code are excluded.
Parking assistance
Support on the official portal answers on WhatsApp chat every day from 9:00 to 17:00; for enquiries that cannot be settled in chat, the portal provides a contact form in its «Info e supporto» section.

Verified frequently asked questions
How much does parking at Malpensa Airport cost?
Rates for the P1, P2, P3, P4, P5 and P6 car parks are dynamic: the operator's official portal calculates them from your dates and length of stay, so the price is known only by running a search with your own dates. The operator does publish the short-stay tariff: 5.00 euros up to one hour and 5.00 euros for each additional half hour up to the fifth hour, beyond which the daily rate applies.
Which car park is closest to Terminal 1?
P2, in its Executive and Top Car versions, is the only one with direct lift access to Terminal 1. Next come P3 Express at 3 minutes on foot, and P1 Long Term and P4 Holiday at 4 minutes.
Where do you park at Terminal 2?
P5 Easy is 3 minutes on foot from Terminal 2. The four P6 areas — Smart Up, Smart Scoperto, Smart Plus and Smart Coperto — are not reached on foot but by the free shuttle, which runs roughly every 15 minutes by day and every 30 minutes at night.
Can I enter the car park before my booked time?
Yes: the operator allows entry up to 60 minutes before the booked time. The booking is also not tied to the car's number plate, so a vehicle other than the one indicated may use the car park you bought.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
A booking can be changed an unlimited number of times up to 3 hours before entry: if the new rate is higher you pay the difference, if it is lower there is no penalty but no partial refund either. Withdrawal, instead, can be exercised within 14 days of purchase and in any case until 23:59 on the day before use, with a refund within 14 days to the same means of payment.
Is there a height limit for vehicles?
Yes: the official portal states a maximum height of 2.10 metres, in covered and open-air car parks alike. Minibuses carrying up to nine people are also admitted, while for large cars the operator reserves an area in P2 Top Car.
Is parking free for people with disabilities?
Yes, parking in the operator's car parks is free for holders of an original disability badge. Reserved bays are in the barrier-controlled areas, but not in the P7, P8, P9 and P10 short-stay areas nor in P2 Top Car; on return the stay must be regularised at the Help Desk Pagamenti with the badge, the disabled person's ID and the travel document.
Where do you stop to drop off or pick up a passenger?
At Terminal 1 the short-stay areas are P9 and P10 on the departures level, and P7, P8 and the Arrivi Nord and Arrivi Sud car parks on the arrivals level. At Terminal 2 you use the areas in front of the building, on both the arrivals and departures sides. Payment is at automatic or staffed pay stations at Terminal 1 and at the parking meter, up to the first hour, at Terminal 2.
